Withdrawal and Returns

No right of withdrawal

Our offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), including freelancers and self-employed persons, as well as legal entities under public law and special funds under public law (see our Terms and Conditions). We do not sell to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB. Consequently, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, neither for products nor for software and SaaS services.

Physical products: no returns, no exchanges

All products are individually manufactured on the basis of the print, engraving or production data provided by the customer and according to the customer's specifications regarding material, dimensions and finish. Returns and exchanges are excluded.

Your rights in the event of defects are governed by the provisions of our Terms and Conditions for physical products. Please report any defect to kontakt@preq.eu, stating your order number and including photos and a short description.

Software and SaaS services

Term, termination and plan changes are governed by the provisions of our Terms and Conditions for digital services and by the respective plan description.
